The super oily Sichuan food

URRHhhhhhh...... can you imagine pieces of vegie n meat literally swimming in oil? Red/yellow oil...urrghhh. My supervisor shouted the whole team dinner, apparently to celebrate one of his PHD student passing his exams/oral interview. Two other working engineers were there. They were part of the clients' team. One was Eygptian(he's hot!), the other was an Indian(not too bad, just a little chubby). So yea, the two engineers were shown what one other phd student was doing. After the 'demo', and when the power supply was turned off, something blew inside the power supply box, tripping off the lab's own power supply. So funny, the whole bunch of electrical engineers, wondering what exactly triggered the 'boom'. Waited for the security guy to come and open the main power switches room, then only we left for dinner. Was originally headed for Rasa Sayang, but when we reached there, we found out the place 'zap lap' dy. Such a shame. We went to the Sichuan restaurant instead. Sichuan food is very well known for its spiciness, which is all good with me =] But, gosh, if you should see the amount of oil every dish contains. I think right, if we collect all the oil on the plates, we can actually fill one 500ml bottle pack. So, girls, pls stay away from Sichuan food!! LOL! More gym sessions for me for the coming weeks...
